according to Hanafis combining Salahs is only allowed during Hajj! And only during this condition. The Shafi's allow combining prayers during e.g. journey (with conditions and regulations) as is mentioned in Reliance of the Traveller.
If you are a Hanafi you should strictly adhere to the rulings of that school, as jumping back and forth in the schools of thought (called Talfiq) is disliked.
Sayyid Sadiqs "Fiqh us Sunnah" that is mentioned earlier contains unreliable positions in general (even if they happen to coincide with the Shafi' school on this particular question)
