Try Khaadi Khaas, unbeatable, Generation, Maria B, Karma Pink, Nickie Nina, Funk Asia, Asifa & Nabeel, Amir Adnan Women. They'll have ready to wear clothes with good styles and quality.
Outlets are spread over zamzama and clifton.

Go to Ghunghat which is one of the shops along the front of the Dolmen Mall on Tariq Road, they have some really good things in there. They're not ready made but they do stitch them very quickly!
