Looking for a miracle cure

I have seen these vendors selling the oils of these lizards (saanday ka tail) in Lahore, according to them their oils can cure a number of ailments including “mardana kamzori”. :hehe:

Rawalpindi: Looking for a ?miracle cure? - DAWN.COM

Oils extracted from the ‘Dhab’ or the spiny tailed lizard are believed to cure various ailments including muscular and joint pain, and is also believed to be an aphrodisiac. The spiny-tail lizard is hunted on a large scale in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Punjab and Sindh. An official with the Pakistan Wildlife Foundation, Waseem Ahmed, tells Dawn: “There is no reality in the benefits of the oil of spiny-tail lizard since its fats are no different from that of any other reptile or animal.”

:disgust:

Re: Looking for a miracle cure

I am thinking of a new dish for KKF, kaRRi daab, hope he'll love it. :)

Re: Looking for a miracle cure

ant egg oil? How do they extract oil from ant’s egg? :cb:

Re: Looking for a miracle cure

why look towards saudia.. we should keep in mind local saansi of Punjab / bagRi of Sindh to fill their stomach with these lizards. In Mustansar Hussain TaraR novel ‘Khas o Khashak zamane’ event of finding saanda by a saansi has been portrayed as special event like Eid

Re: Looking for a miracle cure

Look towards Saudis as most of our public looks towards them as a beacon of Islam. We know how much knowledge these nomads of Pakistan have for the religion.

Re: Looking for a miracle cure

Wo nai pata… I used it though :sid:

Re: Looking for a miracle cure

but saansi and baghRis have nothing to do with Islam and any religion. They are still shoodar.. jin per aasmani saheefe haram hain

Re: Looking for a miracle cure

are they Hindus? I haven't heard of them.

Re: Looking for a miracle cure

whts shoodar ? Wht do you mean by asmani saheefe haram hain ?

Re: Looking for a miracle cure

They don’t believe in any deity.

Re: Looking for a miracle cure

shoodar is achhot.... hamare haan mazhab bhi kuch logon ke hisse main aata hai..... In our part of world, ears of some people were filled with melted lead if by chance they heard a word from any scripture

Re: Looking for a miracle cure

heyn... who puts melted lead in their ear ? How do they keep themselves protected from hearing words of other cultures ? Who/what do they worship ?

Re: Looking for a miracle cure

so many questions :hehe:

who put melted lead in their ears? off course those who got proprietary rights of religion.
They were punished for the crime they can’t avoid as they were living in a society where scriptures were read any where.
They worshipped no one (probably nature) and then came events like partition and they changed their status to unchi zaat

Re: Looking for a miracle cure

so how do they prevent themselves from hearing scriptures ? They live secluded ?
How did they change status to unchi zaat ?

Re: Looking for a miracle cure

They were instructed to live away from temples, etc.

They changed their identity and claimed that they were unchi zaat on other side of the border.

Re: Looking for a miracle cure

Oh ok.
So now they mingle with normal ppl ?
