I think teriyaki still has some soy sauce in it.
Afshi: your mom is right beef is really not good but it's not bad once in a while. I hate goat so i prefer beef over it. Sure, i can ship it to you...no prob, babe:) Veal is better than beef.....it's calf meat vs. cow.

sandleen...i made this over the weekend using chicken since neither me nor my husband eat beef...it was really good....and even more quicker...i just used chicken breasts cut up in strips....try it...!!
