The schedule is out, Tahirul Qadri coming back to Pak at Nov 20th after pocketing enough $$ in US through his fundraisings.

In the wake of Qadri declared “Ishtehari” and warrants issued it’ll be interesting how govt deals with it.

Also i’m sure if he’s coming now he’ll be an active stakeholder in Nov 30’s dharna call from IK.

But the question is, will IK and Qadri be cousins again after Qadri decieved IK in islo? How will IK treat him now?

FAISALABAD- Chief of Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT), Dr. Tahir-ul-Qadri, will return to Pakistan from Canada on Nov 20, a party leader told sources today.

Raheeq Abbasi, a senior PAT leader from Punjab, told journalists in Faisalabad that Qadri would land in Pakistan on November 20, to lead his countrywide anti-government campaign.
Earlier, Islamabad’s Special Anti-Terrorism Court declared Qadri and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman, Imran Khan, proclaimed offenders in a case pertaining to assault on SSP Islamabad Ismatullah Junejo.

The same court has issued arrest warrants against the two over incitement of violence during anti-government protests in Islamabad.

On Wednesday, Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) in Rawalpindi declared Qadri a proclaimed offender in a case pertaining to riots on Lahore-Islamabad motorway.

The court, after hearing the case, ordered police authorities to make arrangements for the issuance of proclamation and advertisement notice to be displayed on public places.

Do you think he will come back? I dont think so. He made a deal with Govt, got money, why will he come back? specially when he has warrants issues by ATCs left, right and center.

Shouldn't he be arrested as he has outstanding warrants?

and as for Canadian Citizenship, so all Pakistan need from Overseas Pakistanis (dual citizens) is money? They should keep on sending foreign exchange and keep investing in Pakistan but should have nothing to do with politics?

Actively contesting election is something else than taking part in politics. If you meant taking part in election then yeah he cant contest. I thought you meant doing politics.

Brother, what do you mean? Do you accept Pakistani constitution or reject Pakistani constitution?

You should know that what you wrote above makes you guilty of demeaning Pakistani constitution ... as to desire that a Pakistani should be kicked out of Pakistan just because he following Pakistani constitution, has taken nationality of Canada without affecting Pakistani nationality, is rejection of Pakistani constitution.

I do not know, how can anyone call someone non-Pakistani or a Pakistani to get kicked out of Pakistan, whom Pakistani constitution considers as Pakistani?

Actually, a Pakistani demanding that TUQ should be kicked out of Pakistan is same as TUQ demanding that a Pakistani should be kicked out of Pakistan (as TUQ is as much Pakistani as any Pakistani)

Anyhow, what you think about Nawaz and Shahbaz?

They are traitors who looted Pakistan and send the money illegally to his British Citizen son/nephew to invest in UK properties, and at various other countries. These two at present are illegally holding Prime Minister and Chief Minister office and working against the interest of Pakistan. Nawaz takes British Citizen (hos son) on Pakistani taxpayer expense to India, China and many other places, promoting businesses that is against the interest of Pakistan. Worse is that ... criminal Shahbaz ordered to kill many innocent Pakistani Men, women, and children at Model Town (TUQ residence), and Liar Nawaz is instrument of killing many in Islamabad, and both brothers (Nawaz and Shahbaz) have track record of corruption, illegally transferring Pakistani wealth abroad, and ordering extrajudicial killing of many innocent Pakistanis all over Pakistan, specially Punjab and Karachi.

So, shouldn't these two traitors be given death sentence and rope?

All who want to make stupid and illegal comment on TUQ Canadian Nationality or try to demean TUQ Pakistani nationality … should read this Pakistani constitutional act regarding dual Nationality.

Pakistan citizenship Act 1951 … with all amendments (to present time)

(1) Subject to the provisions of this section if any person is a citizen of Pakistan under the provisions of this Act, and is at the same time a citizen or national of any other country he shall, unless he makes a declaration according to the laws of that other country renouncing his status as citizen or national thereof, cease to be a citizen of Pakistan.

10 (IA) Nothing in sub-section (1) applies to a person who has not attained twenty-one years of his age:

(2) Nothing in sub-section (1) shall apply to any person who is a subject of an Acceding State so far as concerns his being a subject of that State.

11(3) Nothing in sub-section (1) shall apply, or shall be deemed ever to have applied at any stage, to a person who being, or having at any time been, a citizen of Pakistan, is also the citizen of the United Kingdom and Colonies or of such other country as the Federal Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, specify in this behalf.

(4) Nothing in sub-section (1) shall apply to a female citizen of Pakistan who is married to a person who is not a citizen of Pakistan.

Now … reading 11(3), it is clear that … According to clause (1), Pakistan do not allow dual nationality … But

dual nationality clause (1) do not apply to a person who has Nationality of United Kingdom and Colonies (that includes Canada) … or such other country as Federal Government may specify. In other words, a person can have Pakistani nationality and nationality of UK and colonies (including Canada) or any country federal government allowed.

We should also know that once allowed, and a person availed that, the law for that person stays same throughout his life. Hence, even if Pakistan stop allowing dual nationality, those who already have one, would still going to have one.

So … before making comments, remember … 11(3) … and remember that subsection (1) that disallow dual nationality, do not apply to citizens of UK and colonies, including Canada.

A local court in Islamabad had issued arrest warrant against Qadri for attacking PTV building.

LAHORE (Web Desk) – Punjab Government has announced today (Wednesday) that Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) chief Dr Tahirul Qadri will not be arrested on his return to Pakistan, Dunya News reported.
Addressing a press conference at the CM House, Home Minister Shuja Khanzada stated that arrest warrant against Tahirul Qadri has been issued and he has been declared ‘absconder’ as well. It is now responsibility of Islamabad administration to take action.
Punjab government will give ‘free hand’ to Dr Tahirul Qadri when he returns to Pakistan on November 20, he added.
The Home Minister stated that no one will be barred from visiting Islamabad on November 30.
Canada-based cleric Dr Tahirul Qadri, opposition politician Imran Khan and several leaders face arrest over the September 1 attack on state-run Pakistan Television (PTV) building in Islamabad that briefly forced the broadcaster off the air.
Qadri and Khan s parties have been waging months of protests calling for Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif to step down over allegedly rigging the 2013 elections that brought him to power. Sharif has refused to step down and protesters have been camped out around the country s parliament for weeks.
Tahirul Qadri has left the country, though Khan, a famous former cricket player, is still in Pakistan and addressing his supporters.
