Drama Khali Ghar.
The story of “Khali Ghar” revolves arround girl who is haunted by an evil spirit . Anwar Allegi’s novel published in the weekly Akbar-e-Jahen has been chosen by the director “Rizwan Zaman”. He is among very few of those directors who always comes up with new ideas .The story revolves around a girl possessed by an evil.
Khali Ghar is a story about two families who enjoyed strong relationships. But this relationship ruins due to a lie. This creates distances between these two families. Actually this story is about a girl who is haunted by an evil spirit. Her family married her out and sent her to another city while keeping the fact under covered from her in-laws that she was under an evil spirit.
From here the story of the serial takes a new turn and when girl goes to other family after marriage who are their relatives, then her in laws came to know that girl is being haunted by evil spirit. Her mother-in-law asks her son to divorce her. But problem arises when her husband refuses to divorce his wife. Evil spirit keeps the husband parted from his wife and never lets them come close. Anyhow, this event creates hatred between both the families when they come to know. But later on elders of family resolve this problem and doing something to keep the girl from being possessed. This story is an abstract from a famous novel “Khali Ghar” which is quite popular among all age group.
This team has also produced the Drama serial “Mario” which consisted of 26 episodes and became very popular among the people of all over the world.
In “Kahi Ghar” the Producer, Director and Writer have a large role to play but the continuous effort of the whole crew will surely gave this serial great success.
This Drama serial has been shot in all major cities of Pakistan, which include “Lahore, Karachi, Islambad, Muzafarabad, Azad Kashmir”.
This serial is due to come on air on Ptv and Ptv World this September.
The script has been written by “Anwar Allegi”, the producers are “Zahid Ziman” and “Muzafar Latif Ray”,the director “Rizwan Zaman” & asstt director “Shani Ali”. The cast includes Shakeel, Muhaiudin, Hisam Qazi, Sadia Hussain, Javeria Abbasi,Ghazala Javad, Rizwan Wasti, Akbar Subany, Khaild Saleem Mota, Asad, Gazala Yasmine, Aga Sharaz, Sherry, Shahzad Raza, Saima Tahir, Kulsum Sultana,Umber, Irshad Abbas,Amir Hammed. Special effects by “Amir Waseem”.
Now, I read this novel, Khali Ghar when
I was like 13 or something but only
like 20 or so pages 'cuz I got scared.
That story was of a girl named Neelam, who was possesed by this Jin from Syed Pur. One so powerful and evil that even the most experts in
black magic and exorcism were afraid
of him. So Neelam gets married and
the evil Jin who had possessed her and
was also in love with her wouldn’t
let her husband anywhere near her sight.
After that I had to stop reading 'cuz
it started giving me creeps.
Anyway, I hope Prime airs this drama.
No reason not to since its being aired
from, both, PTV and PTV World.
