76 hours. The most ridiculous thing I ever did to my myself. At the end of it I had the worst headache of my life accompanied with shaky hands.

That whole week was such a blur…after the 72’ish hour jag, I was given a sleep aid and had one full night of sleep, and then continued on short 2 hr catnaps around the clock for the next week or so before things got normal again
