This was going to be a part of the “backup” thread that I’d started and the topic was turning to passwords. As this is something a lot of people cheap out on I thought I’d give it a separate thread.
How do you guys deal with bigger passwords? I advice users to come up with either proper capitalization and use punctuation etc.
If you really want a great password use a full sentence, including punctuations and proper capitalizations. I usually leave out spaces. A good example would be:

Nice suggestions :k:
I just use a random combination of letters (some capitalised) and numbers… totally random, nothing significant… and for added security measure for sensitive files/folders/drives/accounts, i usually change it every 3 months.
BTW, you guys have used special characters in your passwords… sometimes they are not allowed though…

The best is to use your favorite quotes or songs or phrases and then with SOME words replace numbers. I say some because if you replace all with special characters/numbers then it will become too cumbersome. For example:
U2's -- Sunday Bloody Sunday --> $undayBloody$unday OR SundayBl00dySunday OR adopt a convention to place your favorite digit instead of a space in the phrase of your choice e.g. Sunday7Bloody7Sunday
