Well whenever I apply pressed powder it usually vanishes after a couple of hours or so. The blush and other things stay but the powder wouldnt. So is there anything I am missing? Maybe the technique of how to apply the powder or the quantity of it? Or is this something about the skin? I do not apply moisturizer before applying the base. Does that account for the quick vanishing powder? Well I dont know and I need help
Please share if there are any techniques for long lasting pressed powder on face and if I am missing anything.

Pressed powders usually have sheer coverage, but there are powders out there that have buildable coverage or full coverage.
If you are using pressed powder on its own (without foundation), you should apply it on a well moisturized & primed skin.

Or you can try pressed powder foundations (can be applied dry for light coverage or wet for full coverage)- they have buildable coverage and will last longer. Make Up Forever, MAC, Cover FX, and Laura Mercier have good ones.
