i m dun wd selecting ma barats dress! but for valima i wan a very traditional long dress! i mean d kam on it shud be very desi but it shud be long flaired one! hope anyone could post pictures of wht i want! actually m very young n totally inexperienced about this whole wedding kam stuff! i jus knw wht i want! i m planning to go to sana safinaz or Ali xeeshan for ma valima outfit! bt i need ur suggestions

i came across this video where the bride has a white gown but with desi embroidery on it. sounds like something you might be interested in! take a look, hope it helps.

I think any outfit you like can be modified and turned into a long dress.

ty Mahi! i saw her pictures before n i really appreciate ur effort fo the forum! m getting addicted to it! spent straight twelve hours on d forum today anywayzz i loved this dress! saw it first tyme on d ramp in Black! but i hv seen this dress on atleast 15 brides plus i went to ma cousins wedding last december! it ws a huge wedding! three different gurls were wearing this same dress on same function! guess it ws a nightmare fo them! one ws black n the other two silvers! anywayzz thank u! n plz post more pictures if u can!

I think she wants a heavily worked/embroidered, long, western dress (one piece) with a stunning dupatta.

Alize, for dupatta i would set it on the head the traditional way to keep some touch of culture, since the dress is going to be so modern. I'm sure it'll look great whatever way you decide to wear it though! :)

oh my innocent friend alize, lehenga could be easily stitched like that (one piece dress).we have done that many times when customer wants a one piece dress.
anyways now i got it what u want..............hmmmm good choice.
