i hav been in this situation.i still am actually :)i hav gotten used to it now.
we got engaged with him not in country.then he came near our marriage but we lived together only for 17 days.he was gone back again.it took 8 months for the visa thing n 2 more months to wrap up everything.So we met after 10 months.It did get hard at times but most part i did well.n finally when i thought no more living apart he got job in a field where now hes on site for months.But i hav got quite gud at it now handling inside n outside of house+kids all by myself.he just comes as a guest,gets pampered n back to work.sometimes i do feel like a single mom :) but hang in there n be patient n most of all enjoy it as last stage of ur dating perod coz after that life will b more responsibilities n less fun.
