Long distance marriages and communication

What about voice and webcam on msn or yahoo?

What do you wanna achieve from this communication. if you can answer this question, then you would find the means to achieve your objective.

I dunno but msn messenger is free and if you've got a mic/cam you can hear/see as well. Other than that, go email!

:)

I think telephone would be the best. Also, a visit every other weekend by one of you would mean you meet at least twice a month. How far is he going to be?

:)

Oh thats not far, I thought it would be transatlantic or something. You can get some REALLY cheap phone cards (and I am talking a penny/minute) and talk all you want :)

Sarah, I think the net is fine to keep in touch, and can be just as romantic as the phone/letters. I'm sure that when phones were first invented, people used to call them unromantic too. You feel the way you do about the net as it's a relatively new way of keeping in touch.

A mixture of all three forms of communication would be best.

Sobz, when are we hoping on to the next form of communication? :frowning: Enough with these smoke signals.

When you buy me my Greek Island

At present, he can only afford a Greek gyro. Would you like lamb or chicken?

I find keeping in touch by phone the best and easiest way to keep in touch with your partner when you're apart.

Sadi, get the hint okay?

Through the hourglass I saw you, in time you slipped away
When the mirror crashed I called you, and turned to hear you say
If only for today I am unafraid... take my breath away
