I understand why you say this BUT
It makes no sense. People don’t take the time out of their busy and hectic lives to express their LOWE and passion for each other these days…at least most don’t.
V-day doesn’t have to be about presents at all…it can be about two people making sure to connect and have some alone time. Do something fun and romantic. What is so harmful about that? Or haram for that matter? Why do stupid things like VDay get sooo much unnecessary drama but bigger issues in our culture get ignored?
If two people do something nice on VDay - its a GOOD thing. It means they’re closer, had fun, were able to talk, etc etc etc.
