Looking for a service provider that I can signup with .. rather than buying calling cards (which is getting annoying)

any recommendations?

Startec, Callsellect...etc

current rate is 6.9cents/ minute

startec. really excellent rates and the quality of the sound quality's pretty good

cool .. with startec i can just get their monthly service and they bill me seperately right?

yup they bill you separately from your regular phone service.

You know that the telecom tax has been increased A LOT in Pakistan since the begining of May of this year? Since then, the $2.00 phone cards that used to give us about 90 minutes now only last for about 15. Do you know if Startec's rates are still good? If this rate is still valid, I will sign up with them.

The rates are still valid. Also got call from others offering lower rates lol.. still sticking to startec for now.

Man! I would have definitely signed up if they didn't automatcially become my long distance provider for the US also. According to the site, if I go with their direct dial plan, I am also making them my long distance provider, which I don't want to do since I already have unlimited long distance through Verizon. Sucks!

Someone tell me the good company where I can sign up in london because these calling cards really suck now, dnt get more than 50 minutes frm £5 calling card :(
