Londoners ...

Which places are reliable big names when it comes to skin treatments like Facial, Microdermabrasion, Full body massages etc.?

Similarly, which places are reliable Hair Salons. I am already aware of Vidal Sassoon, Toni & Guy. ANy other recommendations?

Re: Londoners ...

^Hello :)

What part of London do you live in?

Re: Londoners ...

I live in Harrow, North West London. :)

Re: Londoners ...

^I've found The Beauty Lounge W1 to be nice. I usually go there for their Eyebrow Tint and Eyelash Tint (as my eyebrows and eyelashes are quite fair) and they do a good job. I also get my manicure and pedicure done there and it seems to last for ages without chipping.

I've not had any experience with their facials but I've heard good things about them. My SIL got this facial called the Caviar and Collagen Lift before her wedding and I think it made a huge difference. Her skin was looked quite nice and glowing (to the point needing minimal concealer and foundation). She said it was a bit pricey but totally worth it.

Londoners ...

Hey stoppit!!! Howdy?

I already did a search using wahanda and found 2 nearby with good reviews .. Am looking for any other good recommendations as well.

Btw - what about hair salons? Even to the central side is okay for a cut .. Any idea how good vidal's academy or the one at covent garden is?

Re: Londoners ...

Try Josh wood, they have one on Holland Park and another in Liberty

I used to also use Tracy at Andrew barton, she is brilliant but you need to book a few months in advance.

Only go to the Academy if you are happy for them to do whatever they need to practice that day.... I would never take the risk - if you're on a budget just stick with a Toni and Guy or Headmasters type place.

There is a guy named Pascal at the Covent Garden T&G who is brilliant - however post hajj ive settled with female stylists...;)
