it was the size of a big fat watrmelon- the dark green ones! the woman looked as though she was expecting- but it was infact this big fat lump of cancer!

-…i seen this guy, must have weighed about 430lbs- he came in2 hosp with ulcers on his legs- he had friggin maggots and flies in his wounds!- alot, i repeat, alot of self neglect- and lack of medical care- put this guy in2 hospital-and he satyed there for about3 months- and caught pneumonia and he died-worst thing-he was a pakistani muslim- aged bout 39!

about 36/7k a yr b4 tax- but the tax is a killer- mental! ironic tht doctors pay tax on their wages, the tax pays for the NHS, the NHS pays the doctors…what a vicious circle!
