Mills, I doubt some of these youths even care who Boris is. 
I think its a bit more than just ‘havin a laugh’. The fact that there are unguarded shops to be looted with the things majority of this youth cannot afford is making them wanna get their share out of it all.
Most of these communities dont go to schools, they are unemployed and tax payers’ money dont give em enough of pocket money eh
