It is their right to defend their properties and localities - the only way to stop this is for the community to act … alongside the police. You say a life can’t be replaced, but this is not about that … it is about fitnah and fassad and this is potentially far worse … if people die protecting others and their property then they are martyrs. The kids know that the police will only be allowed to do so much but they will be scared of citizens acting in an organised manner, because there are no rules for citizens.
Give these youth other activities to get busy with and to keep them awake during the day when they are most likely sleeping the parents need to get involved too.
