I do feel sorry for a lot of these people as they have not had it very easy in life. It cannot be easy not having a father or other positive role models, a mother who probably gave birth to you because of a drunken thumble, etc etc etc. There are many genuine reasons why society is getting worse. I do not just blame the culprist involved but the authorities who dont actually do anything about them.
Who deprives these people though? To be honest a lot of them deprive themselves. It is ok to talk about deprivation but how many of these thugs will be wanting to work, tried hard at school…fair enough some of the schools they go to dont really bother about them and employers might not accept them…but the problem of the deprivation argument is that it assumes some one else is responsible. Sadly it will just get worse.
The PM will need to look into cuts form certain key areas ie policing.
