Bunch of us will be going to Paris from London. which is the cheapest way? Plane, trains or automobiles?
Re: London to Paris
A bus trip is usually cheapest unless u if you avail one pound deal (usually available in summer) u take a car & four passengers in that deal.
Car is expensive, around 120 quid for a round trip plus u pay for petrol too (can be cheaper if u are driving a deisel).
Re: London to Paris
^ So, the bus fair for four for a round trip to London from Paris is less than 120? Wow.
How many miles, or kilometers are the two apart?
Re: London to Paris
I never thought about traveling on bus, but dude thats a great idea. Thanks!
btw, it is four of us and we were thinking about renting a car but bus could do just as well.

Re: London to Paris
Ya bus fare is much cheaper for London/Paris return (though I haven’t trvalled by bus for at least 10 years on this route).
By car means u have to spend around 40 quid of petrol from London to Dover, Petrol is cheaper in France. From Calais to Lille is free Motorway then u pay around 15 Euro Road Toll as well from Lille to Paris. So add 30 Euros to your expenses too.
I’d suggest going by bus but it wont be a day trip.
