well there are still in jobs in london, but less compared to past times as th credit crunch bites. people with right skills are finding jobs! the field you have have masters, is not normally in technical skills which asian or foreign worker specialise in and fill the gaps in local employment.

i think for such field jobs locals have more chance getting it and being short listed.

yes u are right! **I have been told at one interview that they want to employ long term and I said I will be happy but they said they cant get me a work permit!

Yeah exactly, look at the times and employers need someone who’s there long term, I think that’s where the problem lays.
