I’m considering visiting london in a week or two with my dad, so I was wondering what the fashion is like there? What kind of outfits should I take? Are desi’s out there upto date with desi fashion? Just need an overlook of what your attires usually contain? Also what is the weather like? should I carry sweaters and stuff?

Yes, most of the Pakistani fashion is up to date. Long kameezes and trousers.
Weather depends on when you will be visiting. Nowadays its warm during the day, like 22-25 degrees but nights and mornings can be chilly so you may need a couple of cardigans or sweaters. And bring an umbrella/rain coat cos it will enevitably rain heavily at least once during your trip.
Plus if you plan to do a lot of site seeing bring some comfy shoes or trainers cos you'll have to walk a lot.

take your staples such as your blazers, a mac, or a warm jacket as it can get cool! A good few pair of jeans, skinny, flared etc, some chino's, capri's or straight legged trousers, cute tees, blouses, hot shoes, pumps scarves, sunglasses, some cute big bags and your good to go!
