Hello London people,
Please can you tell me which are the best bakeries in London? Can they deliver cake at a specific place if i pay via credit card online?

Never been to bakeries in London. Why don't you try a supermarket like Marks and Spencer?

I am actually in Pakistan and sending a cake from here is turning out pretty expensive. Its actually 9 times the original cost so i was preferring if i could find a bakery or place online that could deliver in London if i pay online.

Which places offer gift deliveries? I checked Marks & Spencer does but they dont have the gift set i want delivered. Any other placed and their websites?

Lola’s cupcakes are sold in Selfridges. I imagine they won’t deliver to the postcode either, as most of these are central London only. You say West London but I think you mean Greater West London, towards Hounslow or Ealing. In which case you need to find a bakery in that local area.
Marks and Spencers cakes are not freshly hand made.

One of our guppan’s has a ‘West London’ based cake company. I’m sure she will make a custom cake and gift box it how you want.

Why is it a life1 thread - Because i have to gift it to my husband and buying gifts pertains to daily life 
Anyhow, instead of just cakes that would be a lot for one person, this is what i decided and went through:
Marks & Spencer: The flowers & cake were good but the colognes they offered were of Autograph & other of their particular own brands. I specifically wanted Armani or Chanel which wasnt available.
Next: The flowers were good, i even liked a perfume but they had some stupid registration issues 
Harrods: I got the cologne i was looking for but with flowers it turned out so expensive!
John lewis: Pretty much the place i have settled for now. I am getting flowers & perfume & a little card in the package. I hope that now they dont have registration issues.
Selfridges: Flowers, too expensive for no reason.
Any more suggestions?

I think flowers for a guy are a real waste of money.

just buy him some flowers from Tesco or make a nice bouquet yourself by picking up poppies and daisies and cow-parsley in a meadow.
