actually from wat i saw was that they were using new tricks... whcih are being used by western music industry..... makin chicks wear revealing clothin.. thas y the britney concerts are sellouts..lolzzz.. no wonder lollywood is usin tha same strategy

Their better fashion-scene appearance has nothing to do with more exposure in clothes. In fact, the film industry makes them wear more revealing stuff.

It has to do with better make-up, more subtle colors, elegant designing, better poses...

pick up some filmi mag and compare those pics with these ones or watch a pakistani movie, and you'll see the big difference.

In fact, can someone put up snaps of pakistani films (the not so dirty ones) just to compare?

There is a main reason of it. Our Film industry is using poor methods of make up, Set designing, Direction, Dress Designing, Camera and lab work. But in Modeling all sourses use with new technology :). When Lollywood will increase the Budget of film then they will compete with Hollywood and Bollywood.
