Can anyone tell me what to do with a Lokee squash? It is light green and has soft flesh. But, how do I cook it, can you eat the skin? What sort of flavour does it have, is it like a zuchini, can I cook it with brown sugar and butter?

You can cook it with or without skin. If you want to make a salan like lauke/kaddu ka salan with or without meat then peal the skin and make the salan as you would normally make. If you want to grill or stir fry then leave the skin.
