so when you login there is a save option… so when u click on it … it is saved on ur computer…
so everytime u come to GS website u dont have to login…
so ma question is when i am away from the site does it still show u i am logged it

GS uses smart cookies. these are real marvels of technology. when you step out of your front door, they show you as offline even if you left your browser on. or even if you are in the shower.

No! it doesn't.
Even if you are logged on, and leave your PC on and your browser on and leave it like that for like 5 minutes, then you are autmatically shown offline. Though you are still logged on, as soon you click on another link or show some activity on GS, then you are again shown in the "currently online" members.
Also if you close your browser, then you are shown offline from that time on.

but how would u know that i didnt logout and the browser is telling you because i am inactive han? mayb i DID logged out and thats y its showing you offline sign ?

It doesn’t matter if you logged out or not. If that was the case then we’d have 1000’s of logged on members 24/7
