ask her to use ccleaner a software easily downloadable from www.ccleaner.com
and then after installing just press Run Cleaner.
and try after that if it logs in.

From cleaner options just untick history (if you want to keep history of IE browser)
and in application tab uncheck history of FF if you want to keep rest will be ok for you.

This is what she need to do ..
when the page appears as she is still logged out, ask her to click on blogs or new post or any other link. That log out page is showing up as a glitch, while in fact she is logged in. When she clicks on, lets say blogs, that will throw her in her regular logged in page.

*the alternate to above stated method is to press Ctrl + f5 (Hard refresh)
but it will only work if she's having cache issue ...
