^ The ones that the milkmen in Pakistan sell is heavily diluted with water, and needs to be pasteurized. After the latter is done, I would guesstimate a glass would contain about 100-130 calories. Of course this need to be confirmed using a bomb/isothermal calorimeter.

Normal boxed vit-d milk contains about 140 cals, so it adds upto the same. Fat Free/skimmed milk is around 90 cals a glass.

hmmm thanks for the info…the one milkmen sell here its heavy diluted u r rigt v cant do anything about it…they will dilute it no matter what v say to them
