My 3 month old is breastfed, but I need formula to supplement once a day. Is it true that malaysian/pakistani formulas are unhealthy choices, and I should opt for imported formulas instead? I’ve been supplementing with cow and gate but it’s the local one and I want to give my baby the best one possible. Are the imported formulas halal? I want to know about the healthiest choices of formula for supplementing and where I can find them. We’re currently in lahore. Thanks!
Re: local/imported formula milk for supplementing?
Enfa is good . My daughter took it for like till she was 4 years. Best choice in my opinion. I think it's easily available everywhere in Pakistan.
