Local Call

**
Once Musharraf was sitting in Delhi with Vajpaaye. Musharraf took out a phone from his pocket, dialed a number and started talking. After he is finished:
Vajpayee: Whom you were talking to?
Musharraf: I was talking to Zia-ul-Haq
Vajpayee: haaaaN??? How come??? He died decade ago…by the way, what was he saying???
Musharraf: He said “its hellish hot out there. Everything is burning, including me.”
Vajpayee: And how much did this call cost you?
Musharraf: one rupee!

Vajpayee is astonished. After some time, Vajpayee is sitting in Islamabad. He asked Musharraf to give him his phone so that he could make a call.

Musharraf gives his phone to Vajpayee who makes a call and talks to someone. When he is finished:

Musharraf: Whom did you call?
Vajpayee: Indira Gandhi
Musharraf: What did she say?
Vajpayee: She said “its hellish hot out there. Everything is burning, including me.”

Now Vajpaaye ask Musharraf how much to pay for the call. Musharraf says, 100 rupees.
Vajpaaye: 100 rupees? But when you called Zia from Delhi, you said it was one rupee.
Musharraf: yeah, it was a local call from there
