**Well Ghulam Nabi Fai has been charged for taking money from Pakistan to lobby for Kashmir and change the view of American law makers about it.
And the freaking and blunt tunneling of millions of dollars to interfere in our internal affairs is allowed. I say shut all those freaking NGOs and media, which is taking money from US Govt. and make all those "journalists", or "aid workers" plead guilty. Let Americans cry in their media when we do it.
These ******* shameless Americans, if it were up to me, I would have broken all the diplomatic relations with them and told them to go to hell!

Ghulam Nabi Fai has pleaded guilty of his actions.
When a person gets charged, he is given 2 options:
Plead not guilty ....he is ready to go to trail.
Plead guilty ...you accept your crime..then there is no trial and court will decide to punish.
Why are you so frustrated and shamlessly blame Americans for Nabi Fai pleading guilty???? ISI needs to hire some strong willed spys who have jazb e jihad in them...and do not plead guilty like Nabi Fai did so easily..
Perhaps you should take over Ghulam Nabi Fai's job...how about that???

Fai was a lobbyist and was paid for his services. I don't know how good or bad he was, I just know that we paid a lobbyist to promote our point of view, just like zillion other governments (and top of the list - the yankees) are doing. May be our Govt made a mistake to chose not a good lobbyist, but still it is not a reason good enough to convict him...
If his "crime" is taking money to promote point of view of a foreign Govt. (which btw. till today officially is a friendly govt), then one has to raise question about the selective nature of this legal process.
BTW, .. lets put other lobbyists aside for a while, what about Mansoor Ijaz?
It is called bay fazool key bahas in plain English.
He was taking money , he was unregistered foreign agent , he was evading tax , he pleaded guilty.
If anybody doing that in Pakistan and you know them then you have all the right to bring them to justice. Go ahead Bismillah.

People hide their actions or source of money whenever they feel guilty about what they are upto. Obviously this guy felt guilty. and he should because he is.
ISI is a spy agency. Taking money from a foreign spy agency means you are a spy against the US.
