Are there any banks / sources that provide loan for starting small business in Pakistan? And if they do, how much interest do they charge? Any web links?

If you are not in Pakistan then first try to get loan from the bank in the country you are in, becuase some of them have branches in Pakistan & they can help u better.
Otherwise check the banks in Pakistan.
