in Lucknow, Allahabad and Aligarh, India: almost two hours a day plus 10-15 power outage a couple of times a day. we hardly notice it's coming N going because most middle class homes have 'Inverters' installed.

Load shedding is policy to implemented to reduce burden of electricity bills in case we use it 24 hours.....

Yes after half day or 12 hours of usage, see ur electricity bills & imagine if u get it for 24 hours :)

ji i achi terha se know last weekend pe mai home town gaya tha tu pore din mai sirf 1 or 2 hours light ati thi ar raat mai 3 or 4 hours . . .
