Load Shedding and MQM

In May 2007 the country saw the worst load shedding. In addition to long hours scheduled one unscheduled load shedding crippled the markets. People came on roads. The loudest cries made over that load shedding was by MQM Communication Minister Babar Ghouri. The people whose memories have not become week due to non nutrition because of our rapid development of economy resulting in out of reach atta, tomato will remember Babar Ghouri came rushing to Karachi from a meeting from Islamabad. On TV he disclosed that privatized KESC had brought no new investment in KESC but was concentrated only to ensure its foreign brought money first was got repatriated back to Saudi Arabia. He told in his long interview with Kamran Khan that KESC foreign investors under the label of Siemens spent most of company money for purchase of new Siemens products. He cried MQM has demanded investigation on this privatization and take the company back from Saudi investors. People knowing the strategy of MQM opinioned that nothing will now happen as MQM through this interview has sent its message to the new owners and siemens and would will soon be NROed. After that Babar Ghouri never spoke a word. Now load shedding has again started. Some new NRO will change hand via nine zero post office and the load shedding will continue with big more green gardens for coming year. On a second theater the investigation will go on to find the person shown on TV clips aiming at pistol on BB in Rawalpindi. I very much doubt this man will ever be caught. Four years ago the most authentic column writer Ardeshir Cowasjee disclosed how pre planned rigging was done under auspices of Babar Ghouri in balloting of Port Qassim Industrial Plots for Pakistanis workers abroad. The successful candidates were receipt Nos. 34, 35, 36, 37, and 41, 42, 42, 44, then 52,53,54, 55 and so on. On publication of the column the government of Sindh perforce half heartedly ordered investigation. The balloting ceremony was fully video recorded. Two bearded persons did the balloting. The investigators wanted to investigate with them but these two could not never be found. The Site Association where under Babar Ghouri the balloting was done claimed these two were not their people and came with National bank. The national bank refused saying that they only brought computers and they though two performing balloting by operating computers were Site employees. The ceremony was attended by Governor (of MQM) and VVIPs hence it was top security event. In a top security event two people came, performed official balloting without fear which was being vide recorded and went, can anyone image unless they were part of a full game. If two an hour long vide recorded people can not be found in years then how can a short video from mobile cameras can be found.

Re: Load Shedding and MQM

It will get worse if people do not pay for electricity and keep churaana.

Re: Load Shedding and MQM

Like Atta there is no shortage of electricity as our great leader has made sure that everything in the land of milk and honey is provided to the people. It is the fault of the people not Musharraf, because he can never be wrong.

Re: Load Shedding and MQM

Daleel bhai. Toy are absolutely right. There is no shortage of atta. In a free market people chose to sell atta at market rate, than at subsidised rates to the govt.

Do you know who owns KESC and who should be blamed?

Re: Load Shedding and MQM

More and more proof that the only people left supporting the dictator are MQM wallahs, pretending they support him for the good of Pakistan

Re: Load Shedding and MQM

Does that mean President Musharaf’s days are numbered. :hehe:

Re: Load Shedding and MQM

Forced to leave the Army, and getting weaker every month, only a fool would ignore the signs

Re: Load Shedding and MQM

Any predictions on how soon President Musharaf will relinquish the post President. :hehe:

Re: Load Shedding and MQM

Depends on how many more people he is willing to kill for his kursi.

Either way, his political future is very gloomy, not that you would acknowledge reality

Re: Load Shedding and MQM

^ So who will be the savior of Pakistan?

Some sindhudesh / world sindhi congress chokra or balooney liberation army whose leader got killed by a bhugti? :hehe:

Re: Load Shedding and MQM

Totally agree with you Aalsi bhai...but common people are not responsible for this "churaana", it's high time the real culprits should be identified according to the assasinated KESC MD report...
