Kal bhi hai.
Aik aur 4 saal ka bacha, name Shayan, died due to his throat have been cutted by a wired string.
He was riding on a bike.
Keya hai, aaj main isi be hangam shor ki wajah se abhi tak naheen soi. Itni zor zor se bajay baja rahay hain aur music itna loud sunn rahay hain ke hamaray paros mein jo qabustan hai, uskay murday uth jayen, main to phir zinda insan hoon abhi tak.
PS: Yes, meray ghar ke saath graveyard hai. Meray Nana waheen dafan hain.

Punjab Province reinstates the ban on Basant and Kite Flying. Anyone flying kite will be charged with Criminal Offense.

^ But it is not practiced. YOu live in America, we live in the region where it is celebrated.
Today in our school there was Basant Festival Celebration till 5:00 pm to 9:30 pm.
After deaths of so many innocent people, it is very strange to put the ban without force and not been practiced.

OMG do all of us a favour - call the stupid authorities and show them the kites - if nothing happens in the next couple of Hours, then file a complaint.
