**Olmert congratulates Livni on Kadima party win **
ERUSALEM (Reuters) - Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert telephoned Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni on Wednesday to congratulate her on winning a vote to succeed him as leader of the Kadima party, his office said.
"The prime minister wished her success and the two agreed to meet. The prime minister said Livni will receive his full cooperation," Olmert's office said in a statement.
