Assuming you’d be eating out a lot, I’d say at least 15-20k a month for food. Transportation..keeping a car means at least 10-15k worth of fuel a month, add to that the cost of car rental which can be anywhere between 1000 to 2000 a day depending on the car. Using a rickshaw you’d be spending around 600-700 everyday. Utility bills for a single person would probably not exceed 10k a month. Don’t know much about rental costs here.

Thanks… that’s the kind of information I’m looking for.
For rentals, I’ve consulted some websites that seem to suggest that a studio apartment can run somewhere between 15K-20K per month depending on the location with areas like Defence being on the higher end. So, I’m budgeting around 25K for this.
