crystal palace did it..kewl. maybe liverfool’s manager will finally learn to appreciate humble pie and not blame all his losses on bad calls and this and that.

Well I think he's taken them as far as he can, but his team are now slipping down the pecking order. Man U and Arsenal will be challenged next season by Chelsea and Newcastle. Liverpool will find it tough to get back in the Champions League.
It's over Gerry... looks like you WILL 'walk alone'
How times change, the team which used to win everything in sight is now struggling. Its Man United and Arsenal now, who knows which ones will be next?
Aston villa, blues :)
Aston Villa? Blues? Been on a trip to Lala Land have we ehsan ;)
Man U and Arsenal are quality attacking sides so they will always pick up maximum points against weaker opposition. Liverpool have become too defensive. I think he was trying to fashion his team after the French national squad, but they had brilliant individuals like Zidane, Henry, Thuram etc. It doesn't work unless you have players of that calibre.

Well I could not let you get away with the Newscastle comment, now could I ? ;)
Arsenal :k: all the way.
Man U ![]()
But I was just looking at the league tables and giving an honest appraisal of the teams most likely :D
khan sahiob, good to see other gooooners here ![]()
Xtreme, isnt it amazing arsenal and attacking side, i just remember a few years ago when rivals used to chant “boring boring arsenal”
as far as Gerrard Houlier goes, I just thought that he was extremely unsportsman like when he talked about the ref bad call and a “dive” as why they did not beat arsenal. I dont know why he can nto accpet that they did not deserve to win that day, it was their luck with some narrow misses that they did not get buried by gunners.
He has always been a pompous crybaby and it was good to see my neighbouring crytsal palace team to tell them to hit teh road..jack.. i mean jacque.
Fraudz, you're a Gooner? I was under the impression you were a Spurs fan - which would truly be sad :)
Yeah Arsene has built an amazing side, and most impressive for me is that he has got so many foreigners who all work so hard for each other.
Houllier did a decent job to a point, but I think he's struggling to cope with the fact that his team have been rumbled. They got beat 2-0 by a 1st div side so best thing would be to be more gracious in defeat and look at his own team's failings.
always been a gooner, even when liverpudlians taunted us with the boring boring arsenal chants :)
spurs had some great players at one point which sucked cuz my fav players for the england side were playing for spurs, e.g. gazza, and one of my all time favs gary scary linekar. but that was way back a decade ago.
Well you have to admit they were really really boring back then.
But look on the bright side, it's our turn to taunt the scouse pickpockets now isn't it? :D
I liked Liverpool coz of Michael Owen and that's why i've their jersey....but otherwise Gunners all the way....
Arsene Wenger has done a great job at Arsenal. He has now joined Man U in the race to sign Ronaldinho from Paris St Germain. That will be a great addition to the gunners. He is, according to the papers rumoured to be preparing an £11million bid for the striker.
ranoldinho, wowzers...so whats your bet ehsan, gunners or man u?
Difficult one but reckon gunners.
Gunners already have a Brazilian contingent so they might be more attractive. And Ronaldhino is some player...
english league is nothing but fighting
Spanish Primera Division and the Italian Serie A is :k::k:

whats that quote, jab kucch patah na ho toh bolaaay mateee.
"Nothing but" so basically if someone can show any other single thing that it is, it makes your sentence completely wrong. Thats why its never right to speak in absolute terms :) easy to be picked apart.
ehsan
I would think gunners too, but it depends what else is on arsene's plate as far as player acquisitions. He seems to go for the best fit for the team rather than the biggest star usually.
