My hubby just bought half kg of chicken liver…
i just wanted to know how do you guys cook liver…
im sick of cooking it same desi way again and again.
do you guys add veg to it or add sumthing to give it abit of extra taste?

Grill it ... or make it dry , like tikka's ... follow the same recipes ...

I was thinking of buying some yesterday - but I don't know how to cook it either - so I didn't buy
I think last time I had it was like 10 years ago - and it was grilled.
