0920: Morning all and welcome to the first full day of action at the 21st Winter Olympics in Vancouver. News first up is that the men’s downhill has been postponed because of poor conditions up at Whistler - a rise in temperatures has made the track slushy. The men’s luge, though, is set to take place at 1700, with the start lowered to the women’s start to reduce speeds. Luge training is taking place now after the track was altered overnight to improve safety following the tragic death of Nodar Kumaritashvili on Friday.
