^^^ Entire political set up is backing NS & NA just passed unanimous resolution backing the PM. Person backing IK and TuQ is Ahmad Shuja Pasha ex ISI chief. He is very close to Mushy and is trying to help him by destabilizing NS' govt.

It seems like revolution is losing steam & may come to complete halt. Both IK and TuQ has ego issues and trying to out do each other in idiocy.

Lawyers have started their movement against these two... soon civil society will follow the suit... if this happens then for sure IK and Tuq would found shelter in UK and Canada respectively...

Thats cleverly created perception, but no where near to what is actually true. Watch Saad Rafiq speech posted on other thread where IK is sitting in the Parliament blank faced.

Well, maybe the good that comes out of this whole drama is that people for 1st time realize importance of voting & civil society standing up to protect democracy from anti democratic forces. This is the beauty of democracy where people are sitting on Parliaments lawn and have turn street into public toilet w/o getting shot from some despots troops.
Btw, we as nation have flaws, many, many flaws, but we must appreciate things that make nations great & among those are free speech and political dissent.

If IK and TUQ did it for the right reasons and with the right demands then nation would have supported them, but they just wanted to play musical chairs by replacing NS with themselves. The nation saw through them, and that they were not doing it for the nation but for their personal gain.

After Imran Khan, DJ Butt has the biggest contribution in bringing revolution outside the parliament. History will always remember him and if PTI ever comes in power.. a whole chapter will be dedicated in high school syllabus to highlight the services of DJ Butt in the formation of Naya Pakistan.

Khan loved the mix and Butt was in. He became PTI’s official DJ. It was decided that he will play his mixes at PTI rallies after every third sentence that Imran Khan spoke, and that Shireen Mazari will smack him across the face if played the music before the third sentence or after the fifth.
Initially DJ Butt struggled a bit and was regularly punched and kicked by Mazari until he finally got the hang of it. His fame grew and he was also nominated for a Grammy but he refused to attend the ceremony as a protest against US drone strikes in Yemen.
