I know right, but that’s too much to ask from an old hag that can’t string two sentences together. Elected PM or not, Nawaz Shareef is a chicken, he will always be. A stubborn chicken. Who reads his statements using chits and pieces of paper. I don’t have a iota of respect for Nawaz Shareef or Benazir Bhutto in the way they looted Pakistan.
But let me tell you, ma’am, Benazir would have diffused this situation weeks, not days back.
This thread is over now

I want that too, but what you and I want demands blood. :femme: Lots and lots of it. It’s asking for chaos. I want to see him hanged too for all the crimes he’s committed over the years. But there are only two ways for change to come. The English way or the French way.
Romanticism aside, tell me, anybody here, tell me, can this country afford a bloody revolution? Civil war?
Khud hi lagay howay hain yeah log. The friend I know, who is at moderately high post at Qadri’s organization has shown me people that have sold their motrocycles to arrange for buses. They raise funds anyway they can to become part of this long march. They are gullible people, and none of them knows that they are part of a cult.
A religious franchise.
The real trouble maker is Qadri himself. I like to call him Shohrat Ka Bhook****a, simple as. His lust for fame knows no bounds, and he does not shy away from using any means, any opportunity to reach his goals. Whether religious, or this revolution that he wants to bring in the country. His organization does undertake several charitable initiatives too, they do good work.
But how hard it is to collect zakat and money in the name of Islam, keep half of it (or a large portion thereof) and spend the rest. He has some very capable people working for him too. But Tahir Ul Qadri is a shady and shadowy character, always has been. I just hope he does not cross the limit and tries to destabilize Islamabad. Just see how organized, trained and prepared his people are. Men, in particular.
As for Imran Khan and PTI, the further they stay away from PAT the better
Having said all that, this wall of text, I do have some doubts that some foreign hand is funding him. He has met with foreign people who don’t have the best interest of Pakistan in mind (it was even alluded to in some TV discussion recently on Aaj TV probably). Long marches like this require millions upon millions. Which he can raise, or had already raised, one can say.
But his advertisement campaign on TV channels and media last year was in billions. More doubts.
As I feared Pasha Sahib. As you feared. As Monk did too. Let’s see what happens in the next few hours. But really, I was against two marches happening at the same time, I always was.
Well organized as they are, there is only going to be one victor.
Well I wonder if he wants to bring a brand of shariat in that will be totalitarian and cause problems making Islam look bad…and really the funding is coming from the same idiots who are funding orgs like ISIS. Brainwashing them into Islam but then in the name of revolution there are killing sprees…so people can point and say look this is what Islam is about and down with Muslims…
Revolution is such a dirty word. It always causes bloodshed and never any good. I have lost all respect for Imran after he marched on to red zone. He is acting like an idiot. Talking about tehrir square and green zone. Dimagh phir Gaya hai. He is playing into the hands of qadri
