He’s the only one in the list addressed as His Highness as oppose to His Excellency. His Highness is used for Royals (in case you don’t you). Pretty clever joke I must say.

Im not surprised. This is usually the story in many households in Pakistan, where the kids have turned their pro-PPP or pro-PMLN parents into PTI supporters.
