This is now 3 years in a row that the rivers of Punjab have burst its banks...clearly something should have been done in 2011 or 2012 to build more reservoirs and divert excess water. But of course...

I understand the cause. #Ik](http://www.paklinks.com/gs/usertag.php?do=list&action=hash&hash=Ik) can afford not to pay his electricity and gas bills. He can afford the alternatives, like generators. But ordinary Pakistanis, if they dont pay their electricity bills for a couple months, their will lose their connection. Then they will live under permanent load-shedding. Same with gas.

I did not realize that. My mistake but still the same result. A By-election is when someone vacates their seat. So PTI according to those results came in fourth and now only won because of a by-election. The original point still stands that PTI was not the first choice.

If I remember correctly PTI lost other by-election(s) in a (few) seats last year after vacating the ‘extra’ seat.

The man who threw shoe at Khan said that he was fed up of Khan’s political stance and blame game.

Nawaz would be stupid to use force at the dharna. Inqulab is fading away, just wait it out. Numbers will go down every day and people will get tired. Just make sure nothing happens which adds more people to the crowd.

Pakistan is a happening place, every month or week something big happens which overshadows the headlines of last week. Even media will stop paying attention to Dharna.

Let the people do their dharna peacefully and agree on few demands.

This joota politics must stop. After that infamous flying shoe attack at Bush we have picked it up as a trend. This is uncivilized and stupid way to get attention , it risks lives of people as well.

I totally disapprove it.
