Re: Live Updates of Azadi March
What really baffles me is the hypocrisy of Nawaz Sharif supporters, (especially the closet ones - they are the true hard core ones), and all the criminals and progeny of dictators sitting in the parliament lecturing about democracy and constitution.
Nawaz Sharif and his cronies run a campaign to oust Gilani in 2011. There are vidoes and images of Noon League Minsters actively asking for Gilani to resign or Zardari to go. But suddenly, the demand to have PM resign for 30 days for sake of investigation is suddenly oh so unconstitutional, blasphemous demand or a straight up cardinal sin. Sheer and utter hypocrisy!
There is a recent interview of Aitzaz Ahson where he categorically declared that asking for PM to resign is not unconstitutional at all. And I am sure Aitzaz Ahsan knows more about Pakistani constitutions than all of us and all twitter warriors combined.

Even Javed Hashmi (lota) said the same thing on an interview to the favorite #nooni](http://www.paklinks.com/gs/usertag.php?do=list&action=hash&hash=nooni) journo Javed Chaudhry on Express News.
Re: Live Updates of Azadi March
There is no comparison between Model Town and Lal Masjid incidents - lal masjid was clearly threatening the state and later they took full revenge on the innocent people of Pakistan by indulging in un-stoppable suicide bombing. How many people PAT has killed since the Model town incident?
Re: Live Updates of Azadi March
that is what i am saying..that TUQ ka kaya hai…he has no future…if anything he will head back to Canada…his mureeeds will always worship him no questions asked…PERIOD…khan jee ko kaya ho gaya that he is hugging and shaking hands with this man…
plus khan must think to find a respectable way to come out of this mess..PTI is not PAT…PTI is a political party and his leadership is political not some blind mureeds …all is not well in his party and there is a lot of rift…Khan had already won this round when he got 5 out of 6 demands but his zid and ego…urggg and now he may lose this match with TUQ being the wicketkeeper!

Re: Live Updates of Azadi March
Exactly. Even during Nawaz League opportunist campaign to have Gilani resigned, I don’t think Aitzaz Ahsan came out to say: no no, how dare you, it is unconstitutional. Of course they all got together and got their law books out when Nawaz League started their Go Zardari Go campaign, because he at that time had proper presidential immunity according to the constitution. It was written in there. Aitzaz Ahson was very keen to make that absolutely clear.
But it is amazing how after 21 days, people are coming out and clearing these misconceptions, and having a debate on it. What we saw before was nothing but extremely lame and immature knee jerk reaction on this demand from some sections in the media who fooled the public into thinking like that. All these journalists were publishing long and tedious articles declaring the demand unconstitutional and blasphemous and what not. People were treating their words as Biblical revelations. This is one of the ills of having such a polarised media. Too much misinformational, pseudo analysis or ‘opinions’ that gets passed down as facts, and people genuinely cannot have a centrist opinion. Now these journalists who tirelessly and deceptively marred this demand unconstitutional can write an open letter to Aitazaz Ahsan and have a public debate with him.

Asking for resignation is not constitutional but trying force a resignation is unconstitutional.
Re: Live Updates of Azadi March
lol. Asking/forcing...what is the difference (in politics at least)? As if anyone from power ever resigns just because someone 'asked' for it. Unless that person has some shame and a live conscious.

You have admitted that IK's demand for resignation is unconstitutional yourself.

Naa, doesn't ring a bell.
