WASHINGTON: The US State Department on Monday reiterated that it vehemently opposed any attempt to rollback the political system in Pakistan through acts of violence.
In a statement, the US State Department said it was closely reviewing the protests in Pakistan.
It urged the stakeholders to refrain from resorting to violence and hold peaceful dialogue to resolve the issues.
