I feel it's important to say this because we're indulging in Personality Assassination. So, the impression that indifferent people including the outsiders may get from ousting of Javed Hashmi OR for that matter any person regardless of political party is, that any person who values his/her dignity should not enter politics at all because when you join a political party you get hounded, and labeled a thousand plus names. When you leave the party, you get hounded and called a thousand plus names.
Why can't we be a mature nation and just shake hands and wish the departing "Thanks for your services. And best of luck with everything". It's kind of ridiculous, but I can see why we see turmoil every other day when people lack even the basics of respecting each other, and observing others' sanctity. We take every opportunity to malign individual, individual's daughter, sister, son, mother, and anyone else they ever passed by on the road.
PS: It's just a general statement. Not directed at anyone, but at the same time directed at us all including myself.

Everything should be done to avoid bloodshed, and conflicts among people who on any other day wouldn't mind sharing a meal, but become nemesis' when it comes to politics. It's a terrible thing.

There is no difference but people who call themselves leaders should not incite hatred and violence for their short term gains, and people should reject these type of leaders.
