Re: Live Updates of Azadi March
No majority is found in British Reform Acts.
If i recall correctly legally the British Reform acts are not a constitution and do not have that legal value.

Re: Live Updates of Azadi March
Is there an article in constitution that declared temporary resignation of PM unconstitutional?
Re: Live Updates of Azadi March
@Captain1…one more thing more..i said it before..if khan is in power and nawaz sharif or fazul rehman bring thousands of people, block cpaital and demand khan’s resignation, rest assured i will be standing with Khan govt exact same way…do mark this post and throw it on my face if it ever happens and i am acting differently
by the way i have no doubt that if khan gets what he wants PM resignation this way, wins the election… rest assured fazlu and maybe nawaz and PPP as well (may be together) will do the same…block the capital!
In my heart i beleieve i have taaken a principled stand…i am dying to see PTIans logic when that happens!

We don't have a formal constitution. Our legislation are our constitution and they have all the legal values.

Mashallah. Now we are doing this. You have no concept of law do you? If its not in the constitution its not legal.
Re: Live Updates of Azadi March
NS told the Parliament this morning that he got phone call from TuQ/IK and they asked that if army chief could mediate to end the crisis (I'm paraphrasing) which he (NS) instantly agreed to. Which we now know is not true. So, question is who brought army in politics? If NS lying to the public he should go b/c he said he would sacrifice 10 govts for democracy. Now let us wait for him to match his words with his actions.
Nawaz Sharif did instruct the army to facilitate at the request of IK and TUQ. Where is the contradiction?
Re: Live Updates of Azadi March
You have no idea what you talking about. Clutching on straws…well not even that.
UK doesn’t have a written constitution. Our legislation have no legal value. Then what do you our entire legal system and government is based on? ![]()

Bingo
Constitution is for the people and by the people
Re: Live Updates of Azadi March

Unlike the President, the Prime Minister doesn't have the constitutional immunity. And remember he's just been named a murder suspect. This is the ultimate hanging sword. So really Supreme Court can intervene and pull article 62 and 63 on him. Don't quote me on this but I think even session court can order his arrest.

I think no MNA can be arrested without prior approval of speaker.

Let me correct you NS did instruct army but not at the request of TUQ/IK...if that would have been the case then he should have clarified the situation last night not today in the parliament..it was all over the news that government has requested army to play a mediator role..
he is not of sound mind and does not know what to say when...like i said before he is only concerned about his family and not democracy..he doesn't have the guts to speak the truth..

IK and TUQ have been seeking army intervention and have talked about the "umpire" raising his hand. IK and TUQ made it clear to the government that they were not interested in negotiating with the government but would negotiate with the army. I don't see how anyone can say that IK and TUQ did not want army intervention. You could have clearly seen IK on tv who is visibly over the moon when COAS summons him for one to one meeting while he is seated in Jahangir Tareen's car.

If they were not interested then what are all these meetings for, in fact government have been wasting time in these meetings not taking anything seriously..
Army is not a political body and has no right to involve in such matters..the fact is NS was running out of option and he thought by involving Army IK would listen to him but be proved them wrong..
he was laughing at NS that what an idiot he is trying to involve army..

Lol you make me laugh.
They have gone to the meetings where the government has stated that we will agree to all their demands except for the resignation of the PM which is unconstitutional and IK and TUQ have not agreed, and insisted that PM resign.
The resignation of PM is illegal and it would never happen, therefore they have tried to get COAS involved and tried to persuade him to pressurise the PM to resign, the COAS asked for some time.
When IK was summoned by COAS he was very happy thinking that the COAS would remove PM, and then he would be able to fulfil his ambition of being a PM, otherwise IK could have refused the meeting. IK and TUQ are not fighting for the country but for their personal ego.
Re: Live Updates of Azadi March
Nothing will happen now
The both kazab will only try for a safe exit .
Re: Live Updates of Azadi March
I actually am very disappointed with NS. He has messed this up completely. The military should not have been involved at all.
I notice a very interesting trend with PTI supporters. When it comes to matters of substance you guys get extremely personal and refuse to acknowledge reality.
Now back to the question care to answer it?
And what about you dont you become personal ?
Do i need to show you your posts in which you become personal?
Re: Live Updates of Azadi March
As long as corruption exist, there is no substance and real meaning of constitution..
Re: Live Updates of Azadi March
