248. Protection to President, Governor, Minister, etc.-(1) The President, a Governor, the Prime Minister, a Federal Minister, a Minister of State, the Chief Minister and a Provincial Minister shall not be answerable to any Court for the exercise of powers and performance of functions of their respective offices or for any act done or purported to be done in the exercise of those powers and performance of those functions:
Provided that nothing in this clause shall be construed as restricting the right of any person to bring appropriate proceedings against the Federations or a Province.
(2) No criminal proceedings whatsoever shall be instituted or continued against the President or a Governor in any Court during his term of office.
(3) No process for the arrest or imprisonment of the President or a Governor shall issue from any Court during his term of office.
(4) No civil proceedings in which relief is claimed against the President or a Governor shall be instituted during his term of office in respect of any thing done or not done by him in his personal capacity whether before or after he enters upon his office unless, at least sixty days before the proceedings are instituted, notice in writing has been delivered to him, or sent to him in the manner prescribed by law, stating the nature of the proceedings, the cause of action, the name, description and place of residence of the party by whom the proceedings are to be instituted and the relief which the party claims.

I don't find myself qualified to even call myself student of politics. I'm neither political analyst nor claim to have sufficient information to debate on these matters. But, all these political moves don't give me positive vibes. Thats why I have been saying 'lets wait and watch'oont kis karwat bethta hai'.
PS: Your post has created interest to know more about Malcom X. Any good book on his life?
You ought to study Malcolm X. Absolutely fascinating character, given his immense potential and personal appeal, he could be described as a serious underachiever as far as bringing any legislative change improve the lives of African American is concerned. But he allowed the African Americans to think, question and challenge the system like no one else could do before him. And you cannot downplay the significance of that. But what makes him such a mythical figure is the fact his enduring legacy is that of a personal transformation. From a ghetto rebel, to a hardline radical speaker to a serious political figure, is indeed very inspiring. To me, his journey reflects the change society needed at the time, and the change it still needs. What really secures his legendary status in history is the simply fact he was never afraid to openly admit his mistakes and say yes, I've learned from them and I can explain why I was wrong. That's so wonderfully human.
Anyway, I can go and on. So I just wanted to drop some names of the book before I forget. So the ones I've read (or had to read):
