^ I am not sure how many people here claimed that PTI will form the government? All PTI is asking is investigations for riggings, may be PPP will get few seats, PTI some... hence a dent in PMLN :p

Good post Jolie and I agree. I have seen social media attacks on Maryam Nawaz after her latest statement against IK. Needless to say, those very personal types of attacks were coming from PTI lovers.
Unless you can stop your own people from making vulgar attacks on other women, it's all fair game.
even at gupshup PTIans used filthy language against maryam so many times....attacking her character and her marriage to captain safdar in a most degrading way.
Now i dont agree if PTIans are doing it, other camp can do it as well and that it is a fair game nut nonetheless you raised a valid point about maryam's character assassination

I do agree that IK shouldn't be demanding removal of government, but find a way to make sure that rigging investigation is completed for all challenged constituencies, purpose of that pic is to show hypocrisy of Nawaz Sharif who is using media to say as if IK is the only one spreading anarchy and he is the only one hungry for power.

Really? I am aghast! No one should have to endure vulgar personal remarks. No women, no matter who they support. Just like men can support whoever they want. There is no game.
I thought you would say that everyone should be awarded civility be they Maryam nawaz or anyone else.

Two wrongs never make a right. I hope you are not suggesting that because I trust your wisdom.
Someone making fun of Shareen Mizari's hair or droopy eyes is least of my concerns. Regardless of gender, all public figures have to pay a certain price for fame. But what I find really disturbing in this case is the women that are being targeted and objectified aren't even public figures! They're just ordinary women gathered to campaign about a cause they believe in and having bit of fun just like their male counterparts. I'm not saying no woman should be criticised just because she's a female. Our very own Theresa May is attacked left, right and centre for her policies and views and simply for just holding a position, but the issue here is the crass sexualisation of women.
There's actually a thread here where die hard Nawas Leaguers were drooling after her pictures, I see the same reaction from many Noon league supporters on social media as well.
Needless to say whether it's coming from PTI, Noon league or politically homeless, objectification of women is simply wrong and unacceptable. I really appreciate Imran for constantly reminding his crowd to be respectable towards the female marchers, and I am so very glad that no unfortunate incident has taken place in that gathering.

each and every post i have maintained my stand...that imran demands of electoral reforms and independent election commission are firm and just but i completlely diasgree with his methodology and strategy and his demand of getting PM resignation by bringing few thousand people and shutting down the capital...now if that makes me PMLN lover so be it.

I think I did not use the phrase 'fair game' in right context. I agree that two wrongs don't make a right. Instead, all I should have said that such attacks are originating from both camps. It's a common illness that our general society has. When we can't win an argument through logic, we go to the personal attacks route.
